World of Wonders ICO: Platform for video content

The plan is to sell 52% of the 40 million MILC tokens in the ICO. The pre-sale will start on the 1st of December 2017 and will end on the 15th of December. hendrik heyAS: Hello Mr. Hey, thank you for taking the time to do the interview. How did it come to the idea of the platform and to the steps?

Already more than two years ago we started the development of the video distribution platform. First of all, we had adjusted to the fact that it would be the contracting and payment process that would be relatively conventional and manual. Our partner SwissTXT came on board and we initially developed all technically operative elements for the video transfer. During this time we came for the first time with the possibilities in contact with the help of Blockchaintechnologie to break new ground. After careful analysis, it was clear that for the above-mentioned areas (contracts / payments) this would be an enormous USP of the platform. A service and a relief in the worldwide TV license trade, which does not exist so far. The benefits to sellers and buyers were obvious, which is why we have been following this path ever since.

AS: Have you ever had situations where you as a producer or content buyer needed such a platform?

Oh yes, very often. As a producer, while I know the int. TV market very well and have good networks, but you can not jump every time in the plane to visit his potential customers. Sales in our world is very tedious and time consuming and costly. As a TV broadcaster today, I'm always on the lookout for content that fits our audience and that we can afford above all else. Again, you overlook a lot, because you simply can not exactly see who is offering something that could fit well with us.

AS: In your opinion, what are the special incentives of the MILC token for the investor?

Our approach was a well-defined business model in which we have been moving for many years to contribute to our token. This means that, in addition, a real operational performance value supports the eventual development of the MILC in trading supply and demand. Every MILC owner will be constantly listening to our platform and we hope it rewards our business success with a high MILC demand. AS: Now you have very few experiences with buying tokens and using them. How is it ensured that even traders without blockchain knowledge can use the platform?

The platform can be launched in about 6 months as we have already invested a lot of groundwork and money. The content brings the world of wonder as an investment in the ICO, is ready. The blockchaintechnolgische approach is to lead in 2-3 months to a prototype, which is then always evolving. World of Wonders is the ideal test customer whose needs are the key to development. We are virtually representative of all later customers. The basic development should be accordingly in 6 months. After that, however, this is a constant process of development.

AS: Where do you see the project in 2 years and what will be the biggest hurdle for the project?

In two years, we can become one of the leading media distribution platforms worldwide. We simply have a tremendous development advantage. Of course, competition is never excluded. However, our initial discussions with major producers tell us that it will not stay that way and that we are very attractive to many content partners.

AS: Currently the legal basis of an ICO is of considerable importance. To what extent have you ensured that regulators recognize the MILC token as a utility token?

We have tried in consultation with lawyers and regulators to set up our ICO. We also want to emphasize that this proactive behavior could be a kind of seal of approval, as ICO's should be structured in the future. We follow all recommendations that exist so far.

AS: According to the website, there is a whitelist, in which interested parties can register for the pre sale. Where exactly is this list and what will be the bonus in the Pre Sale compared to the Main Sales?

The withelist can be reached via our website. You can simply register as non-binding. From pre-sale, we then ask specifically whether an actual investment intent exists. We decided not to work with a bonus system but with rising prices. We will soon set the price for the Pre Sale. That would be the best price. This should be finished after 2 million tokens sold. After that, the price increases after every 1 million tokens sold. We want to motivate potential prospects to accompany us early.
